For three years alongside my studies, I served as the volunteer Social Media Manager for Crawley AFC (formerly Acorns FC), an experience that allowed me to lead the digital transformation of a growing girls' youth football club. During my tenure, I managed the online presence for five different squads ranging from U12s to U18s, acting as the primary creative voice for the club during its transition into the Crawley AFC brand. My core mission was to significantly enhance the visibility and presence of girls' football within the community. I established a consistent and fair social media schedule, delivering high-quality content across multiple platforms three times a week. This required close weekly liaison with five different coaches to ensure every team received equal representation and that their unique milestones were celebrated. By balancing a pre-planned social calendar with the agility to cover real-time club updates, I built a professional, engaging digital environment that championed female athletes and fostered a strong sense of pride among players and supporters alike.
