I developed a deeply personal documented series focused on the preservation of heritage and the passage of time. By curating a collection of archival family photographs, I set out to meticulously re-create these historical moments with my family members in the present day. The project served as a visual bridge between generations, capturing the continuity of our family’s origins by revisiting the original locations and the people who define our history. Through this process of re-photography, I explored the evolution of identity and the enduring nature of memory. The final series acts as both a tribute to my family's roots and a contemporary study on how we maintain a physical connection to our past in an ever-changing world.
