In my role as Creative Design Lead at PromoteUK, I managed the end-to-end production of the company’s internal and external brand collateral. I was responsible for the strategic insourcing and outsourcing of all branding products, ensuring that every piece of material met our high standards for quality and brand consistency. My remit covered a comprehensive range of assets, including promotional posters, business cards, corporate newsletters, and diverse branding materials. This role required me to balance creative direction with operational management, coordinating with external vendors for large-scale production while overseeing in-house design workflows. By streamlining the procurement and design process, I ensured that PromoteUK’s visual identity remained cohesive and professional across all physical and digital touchpoints.
