As the Creative Design Lead at PromoteUK, I spearheaded a comprehensive strategic overhaul of the company’s social media presence. Recognising the need for a more authoritative digital identity, I transitioned the channel from fragmented content to a cohesive, brand-led experience. My first priority was a visual rebranding, where I redefined the colour palette and typography to ensure every post was instantly recognisable and aligned with our core brand values. To sustain this new identity, I implemented a rigorous social media schedule, moving away from sporadic updates to a consistent, data-driven posting rhythm. I also diversified our content strategy by developing a wide range of content pillars, varying topics from industry insights and behind-the-scenes looks to interactive community engagement.
