As the Creative Design Lead at PromoteUK, I spearheaded a complete transformation of the company’s digital footprint, shifting the brand's perspective to resonate with a modern, fast-paced audience. I recognised an untapped opportunity for high-impact storytelling and successfully launched the company’s first TikTok channel. By identifying viral trends and adapting them to our brand voice, I led the production of content that achieved significant reach, with our highest-performing video garnering over 782,000 views. This strategic shift was about more than just numbers; it was about evolving our visual language and communication style to thrive on short-form video platforms. I managed the entire content lifecycle—from concept and filming to editing and community management—ensuring that our brand remained at the forefront of digital trends. This initiative not only modernised our market presence but also demonstrated my ability to scale a brand’s influence across new social frontiers, turning a startup digital presence into a high-traffic engagement hub.
